I get daily messages from Neale Donald Walsch's New Spirituality Network and recently two under the heading Your Moment of Awakening arrived. On reading them my gut reaction led to a smile and nod in a state of knowing. That moment of clarity came to me in January 2006 when sailing through cold sunshine viewing the peninsula of Western Antarctica. 900ft high black mountains flanked by glaciers rose out of the water, seals basked on passing icebergs, shadows of circling birds danced over the icy land. In those moments I knew I was connected to the whole, I was entangled; my energy waves were in contact with the reality I had created. The illusion of my separateness was temporarily gone and those "Moments of Grace" filled me with abundant peace and love and wholeness. I give thanks to Neale for reminding me now - just as I embark on a return trip. This Saturday I begin the journey back to Antarctica and this time not just viewing from afar, but actually stepping on the shores.

I am not naïve enough to suggest that I will re-experience the same as before. I have changed. My awareness has changed. I know I will experience something new. Something that is of this moment and I am excited about the prospect. My DVD Antarctica -A Soul Journey -"awakening" was created when I returned last time as a way of capturing that moment for others. But I am about to start on another soul journey. When reading this I hope you will send intending thoughts for safe passage during this opportunity to change my "life forever, and often, the lives of others as well."
