Payment Terms:

Payment terms are within SME Productions' sole discretion, and, unless otherwise agreed to by SME Productions, payment must be made at the time of purchase. Payment may be made by PayPal, Cheque, Money Order or, in Canada, through internet banking (Interac).

Shipping Charges; Risk of Loss. Shipping and handling charges are additional unless otherwise expressly indicated at the time of sale. Orders up to $100 will be automatically insured against loss or damage that occurs during shipping by Canada Post. The option to insure against loss or damage above $100 is at the discretion of the customer.

Return Policies; Exchanges Recorded materials can be returned for exchange only if the recording is defective. SME Productions is not responsible whatsoever for a product that is lost or damaged during shipping.

Other Products. SME Productions will from time to time provide links to other websites. Although we may feel these sites have compatible philosophies and be of interest to Key Life Journeys readers, we are in no way responsible for the products offered for sale on these sites.
